Day & Night Projects presents Wobbly Possibility, new collaborative works from artists Abby Gregg and Hayley Krichels. Between Atlanta, Georgia and Denver, Colorado, the two artists texted photos, and images of drawings and paintings that began to integrate into objects. A rebirth appeared throughout the process from photo to painting, painting to sculpture, and back again and again. The resulting ceramics, paintings, and digital prints surround the exhibition’s signature artwork: a four-legged mountain-shaped form, glazed with bright drippings of color, and encrusted with coral-like protuberances. In an inner cavern hides a camera obscura, offering the viewer a re-shaping of the exhibition, a chance to participate in the artists’ process, and to rethink the separations between internal and external experiences. - Day and Night Projects
